A Luncheon Discussion with Ambassador Vygaudas Ušackas 

Join us for a round table discussion with Ambassador Vygaudas Ušackas on the future of NATO and Transatlantic Relations.

Ambassador Vygaudas Ušackas currently serves as the Director of the European Institute at Kaunas Technological University. From 2013 to 2017 he served as the European Union’s Ambassador to Russia. He previously served as the EU Special Representative for Afghanistan. Prior to heading Lithuania’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ušackas was the Ambassador of Lithuania to the United States and Mexico from 2001 through 2006, then Ambassador to the United Kingdom. Currently, he is a candidate for President of the Republic of Lithuania.
