NIF hosted a successful round-table discussion with Ambassador Vygaudas Ušackas on the future of NATO and Transatlantic Relations. Mr. Ušackas currently serves as the Director of the European Institute at Kaunas Technological University. From 2013 to 2017 he served as the European Union’s Ambassador to Russia. He previously served as the EU Special Representative for Afghanistan. He is currently a candidate for President of the Republic of Lithuania.
